Read the full request
Understand what is being requested, the amount, urgency and information the requester chose to provide. A clear request is a starting point for judgment, not an absolute guarantee.
You do not need an account to help
DirectAid’s active public feed is readable without sign-up, and the basic donation flow can begin without a donor account.
Verification tools are optional layers
Registered donors can use additional chat or video-request tools. These can help clarify questions, but they are not a certification badge and do not replace judgment.
Keep sensitive documents out
Do not request or send IDs, bank pages, medical documents or unnecessary personal details. Responsible giving does not require someone to expose their entire private life.
Understand the payment structure
DirectAid does not hold recipient donation funds. There is no mandatory platform fee. Supporting DirectAid operations is a separate, optional choice and never reduces the amount selected for the recipient.
What can you do now?
To read active requests, donate or post a help request, open DirectAid directly. The basic actions do not require an account.
